What we have here is a large cabinet basketball photo of the Basket Ball Champions of the Mass. Basketball League, the YMCA Fitchburg, Mass. for the season of 1899-1900. This is only 8 years after the game was invented by James Naismith. The photo portion measures 11 inches by 13.5 inches and is in terrific condition. The photographer stamp says Snow and McDermott. There is nothing written on the back.
